Davide
Bresner
After graduating at the University of Milan in 2004, he completed his academic formation gaining an LL.M degree in Intellectual Property at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, in 2006.
 
He worked for nearly 10 years in international law firms specialized in Intellectual Property law. He advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks and patent litigation, as well as on anti-counterfeiting strategies.
 
He advises prestigious clients from different industries (fashion, design, manufacturing) on several issues, handling precautionary measures (such as descriptions, seizures and injunctions) and proceedings on the merit related to trademarks, patents, designs and unfair competition, before the Italian specialized Courts. His work also includes worldwide Customs Surveillance measures, anti-counterfeiting strategies, arbitration procedures for the assignment of domain names before WIPO; management, rationalization and enforcement of trademark and patent portfolios, drafting of IP related contracts.
 
He has been recognized in several editions of the World Trademark Review 1000 as Top TM Professional in Italy in the field of litigation/anti-counterfeiting.
Emanuele
Cammareri
Emanuele graduated in law at Università Cattolica of Milan in 2002 and was admitted to the Milan Bar of the Italian Attorneys-at-law in 2006 (admitted to argue before the Supreme Court in 2018). He has been enrolled in the Italian bar of the industrial property consultants – Trademark branch since 2016 and in the San Marino bar since 2018.
 
Emanuele is an Italian and European trademark and design attorney with a broad and long-standing experience in a wide-range of intellectual property matters. He is also a cctld .it domain name panelist and a Technical Consultant of the Court of Milan in trademarks, designs and domain names.
 
Emanuele's practice mainly covers areas of expertise such as trademark law (pre-filing search analysis; trademark filing; trademark prosecution; opposition proceedings and cancellation/invalidation actions; out of court negotiations, licensing and co-existence agreements), unfair competition law, design law, copyright law, domain names law and customs law.
 
He is a member of ECTA, INTA, AIPPI, LES and AICIPI. Emanuele was listed by Who's Who Legal among the 22 leading Italian Trademark Attorneys. He usually writes articles on IP-related matters for the on-line juridical magazine named "Sistema Società" and published by IlSole24Ore.
Giulia
Pezzera
Giulia graduated with honours from the University of Milan in March 2019, with a dissertation in Intellectual Property Law. During her studies she took part to the Erasmus+ project, attending one semester at the University of Paris-Est Créteil.
 
Giulia joined BCIP in 2020 and she deals with different intellectual property matters, mainly related to trademark and patent infringement, unfair competition and brand protection strategies, providing her assistance to Italian and international clients.   
 
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2022 and she is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
 
Giulia is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.             
LIVIA
ALLEGRI
Graduated with honours in November 2017 from the University of Milan Bicocca, Livia has been admitted to the Italian Bar in November 2021 and she is a member of the Milan Bar Association. She is also enrolled in the Register of Trainees of the Bar of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants.
 
Livia joined BCIP in 2018. She deals, on a daily basis, with the management of IP rgihts of national and international clients, with IP strategic consultancy and with privacy law.
 
She is a native Italian speaker and she is fluent in English.
Beatrice
Marone
Graduated summa cum laude in July 2020 from the University of Pavia with a dissertation in Law, Science and New Technologies, Beatrice was admitted to the Italian Bar in September 2023 and she is a member of the Milan Bar Association. She is giornalista pubblicista since 2018.
 
Beatrice is completing the Ph.D. in Private Law, Roman Law and European Juridical Culture, curriculum of Private Law, at the University of Pavia. She has also completed the traineeship in the context of the Bar of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants. 
 
Beatrice joined BCIP in 2020. She deals, on a daily basis, with the management of IP rights of national and international clients, with IP strategic consultancy and a focus on Copyright and Media Law.
 
She is a native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English, she has a good knowledge of French and Spanish, along with a basic knowledge of Dutch.

Perla
Mancini
Perla graduated summa cum laude in April 2023 from the Statale University of Milan with a dissertation in International Private Law entitled "The Right to the Name and Status of the Person in Private International Law".
 
In the course of her studies she was selected to take part to the Erasmus+ project, attending one semester at the University of Coimbra, Portugal.
 
Moreover, during university, Perla had the chance to complete a curricular internship in civil law at a Law Frim in Milan. Before joining BCIP, she also gained previous professional experience in a leading international Law Firm.
 
She is a native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese.
Elena
Mirri
Elena graduated summa cum laude in April 2022 from the Bocconi University of Milan with a dissertation in Corporate Criminal Law entitled "Fraudulent bankruptcy in the transition from the Bankruptcy Law to the new Code of corporate crisis and insolvency: is there a solution of continuity?".
 
In the course of her studies she was selected to attend an exchange program at the prestigious Sorbonne University, in Paris.
 
During her last semester at the University, Elena had the chance to complete a curricular internship in Commercial and Corporate Law at a major law firm. Before joining BCIP, Elena also worked for the IP Law team of a leading internation law firm.
 
She is a native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and she has a good knowledge of French.
Ilaria
Ferrarini
After graduating at the University of Bologna in 2008, she started her career in a private practice in New York, focusing in Intellectual Property. Subsequently, she kept developing her experience in the field, by working for almost ten years in legal and IP departments of Corporate Pharmaceuticals. She joined BCIP in 2021 and now she handles worldwide brand enforcement, managing domestic, international and online anticounterfeiting programs.
Susanna
De Federicis
Susanna graduated summa cum laude in 2022 from Roma Tre University with a thesis entitled “The Role of Intellectual Property Rights under the CISG with a Comparative View under Italian Law”.
 
During her studies she was selected to attend an exchange program and had the chance to enrich her education by studying at the prestigious Cardozo Law School, in New York City.
 
Additionally, during her last semester of university she started the eighteen months mandatory internship at Rome’s Criminal Court, after which she’ll be eligible to take the Bar Exam.
 
She’s fluent in English and has a discrete knowledge of German.
Federico
Vismara
Federico graduated in Law from Bocconi University of Milan in December 2021 with a thesis in Internet and Tech Law entitled: "Facebook Oversight Board: a private Supreme Court to adjudicate online freedom of expression?"
 
During his studies he participated in the Moot Court Competition in Comparative and Technology Law, organized by IE University of Madrid, as a member of the Bocconi University team and achieved a part-time Master's degree in Tech Law & Digital Transformation at 24ORE Business School.
 
Moreover, he did a three-month internship at a leading international Law Firm in the Intellectual Property, Media and Technology department.
 
He is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and has a professional knowledge of French.
Pamela
Piccolo
As a business correspondent in foreign languages, Pamela started her career in the Intellectual Property at a leading firm dealing, as a Paralegal, with the filing and the prosecution of patent and design applications, in Italy and abroad. She also acquired experience in the handling, at a paralegal level, of legal cases (patentability and interference opinions, litigations) in IP matters.
 
She joins the anti-counterfeiting team at BCIP in 2023.
 
She is a native Italian speaker and has a professional knowledge of English.
Costanza
Bernardini
Costanza graduated in Law from Bocconi University of Milan in March 2023 with a thesis in International Arbitration entitled: "Maritime arbitration and freedom to contract".
 
Before joining BCIP, Costanza gained previous professional experience in a highly specialized law firm in the field of intellectual property.
 
Costanza is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
